The History of Junior Ambassadors Food Cart: A Mostlandian Venture by Rudy Speerschneider is a book about the ice cream cart that inhabited a now empty lot in NE Portland, Oregon. The cart served a variety of unconventional flavors, hosted music shows and was in all a social project. The book is a collection of documents that surrounded the food cart's existence. There are surveys, questionnaires, drawings, along with inserted color photographs of the cart. Each copy has a unique cover and flavor designed by Rudy Speerschneider.
